We are looking for the services of "Customer Service Executive"

Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Good English language skills
  • Preferably Good typing skills.
  • Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
  • Preferably one year of experience working in the call center industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer services skills Respond to the Emails regarding products and services.
  • Reply to customers queries/complaints through emails.
  • Coordinate with different departments for all queries and feedbacks.
  • Convince the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
