Opportunity Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and to retain them.
  • Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
  • To ensure that the customers details and other relevant data is completely entered into the system correctly.
  •  Analyze and solve problems accordingly.
  • Handle in-bound inquiries via phone

Skills

  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Customer handling skills.
  • Punctual and confident.
  • Must be available to work in all shifts (Evening & Night)
  • Prior call center experience is a plus point

Candidates must be flexible for the following shift timings

  •  6:00p-12:00a
  • 7:00p-1:00a
