Opportunity Description

We are looking for an Inbound Call Operator / Customer Service Representative to join our Real Estate-Construction Company in USA. We are looking for a deadline-focused individual to be responsible inbound calls operation. 

Must be good at English. Neutral or US accent needed.

Must have experience handling inbound calls for construction / home remodel company.

Must have experience with scheduling in CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Take messages & gather information
  • Handling inbound customer calls and ensuring the customer’s requests are handled accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure customer information, notes, and products are updated accurately in the ERP or CRM system.
  • Responsible for communicating accounts receivable balances to the customer, along with promotions with the intent to increase share of wallet with the customer.
  • Responding to emails and live chat inquiries.
  • Making Priority call back list.
  • Setting Appointments.
  • Respond to Emergency Alarms.
  • Be a lifeline to customers.
  • Resolve customer's issues or concerns.
  • Compile, analyze, maintain, and distribute reports.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 5 years' prior industry related Inbound Call Operator / Customer Service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Job Shift: PK Time: Night Shift

Full time: 8 Hours (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
