Sunflower Lab is looking for a dynamic, motivated and initiative-driven resource, excited to strengthen interpersonal, analytical & people-management skills.
• Manage medical Insurance for new hires, filing claims and providing assistance for current employees; liaison for adding/deleting employees.
• Manage life insurance for new hires and leaving employees.
• Manage time and attendance system and generate weekly/monthly attendance reports.
• Manage leave balances for all employees.
• Handling day to day queries / issues of employees.
• Employee data management.
• Employee personnel filing management.
• Compile letters, templates, designs, layouts, contract documents with suppliers, employees, trainers, trainees, candidates etc.
• Conduct all administrative on-boarding for new hires.
• Process Final Settlements of all leavers.
• Any other task as assigned by the Manager HR.
• Bachelor / Masters in HRM or Business Management
• Multi-tasking & positive attitude with high work ethic
• High level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal & written communication skills
