Opportunity Description

We are looking for services of a "Customer Services Representative"

  • Attend customers’ phone calls on customer service helpline
  • Provide information about products and claim process to customers
  • Liaise with claims team and share claim status with claimants
  • Take complaints and liaise with relevant team for timely resolution
  • Retain customers who call to cancel subscriptions
  • Make outbound calls to conduct customer surveys
  • Share actionable feedback with supervisors to improve service quality
