- Good English language skills
- Preferably Good typing skills.
- Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
- Preferably one year of experience working in the call center industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills Respond to the Emails regarding products and services.
- Reply to customers queries/complaints through emails.
- Coordinate with different departments for all queries and feedbacks.
- Convince the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
