We are Urgent looking for "Customer Support Representative"
As a Customer Sales and Support Representative, you will build upon your existing experience to offer excellent customer service processing new sales leads as necessary and work as part of the team to ensure the boost in sales.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Making sales calls to offer services that may better suit to client needs.
2) Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3) Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
4) Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
5) Build long lasting relationships with clients to get referrals as well.
6) Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
